4. Ordering and Payment

Custom orders: 50% advance payment required
Bulk orders: 50% advance, balance before shipping

5. Shipping and Delivery (India Only)

We ship within India only to all serviceable PIN codes.

Other cities: 5-7 business days

Processing Time

Before shipping, we need time to process your order:

Ready-to-ship items: 1-2 business days
Made-to-order items: 5-10 business days
Custom orders: 10-15 business days (or as agreed)

Delivery Process

Signature may be required
If you’re unavailable, courier will attempt redelivery
Track your order using the tracking number we provide

Your Responsibility

Provide correct and complete address with PIN code
Provide working mobile number
Be available to receive delivery
We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information

What if Delivery Fails?

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address: You pay return shipping + redelivery charges
Customer unavailable: Package returned after 3 attempts; you pay redelivery charges
Customer refused: No refund; return shipping charged

7. Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom Orders

Process:

We provide design mockup and quotation
You approve design and pay 50% advance
We start production
Balance payment before shipping

Terms:

50% advance payment non-refundable once production starts
Non-returnable unless defective or significantly different from approved design
Production time: 10-15 business days (or as agreed)
Final product may have minor variations due to handmade nature

Bulk Orders (10+ Items)

For bulk orders:

Volume discounts available
Custom quotations provided
50% advance, 50% before dispatch
Longer production time required
Terms to be agreed in writing

Corporate/B2B Orders

For corporate gifting, event decorations, or business orders:

Dedicated account manager for large orders

8. Intellectual Property Rights
